KMC distributes 1000 waste bins donated by the city of Madison

As a result of the Mayor’s request for collaboration in waste management during his sister city visit.

We would like to thank Mayor Paul Soglin, President of Madison City Council Alder Samba Baldeh, President of Madison-Kanifing Sister City Board Jerreh Kujabi and all the members of the board.

We will ensure these bins are distributed to schools, hospitals, places of worship and public institutions within the Municipality as requested.

Street Bin Made From Recycled Tires

Mayor Bensouda installed the first street bin made from recycled tires by the youth group ‘Don’t Throw It’. Can’t go wrong with youth employment and recycling tires.
